Mozzarella Making Show is a live demonstration of the mozzarella-making process, presented directly to the audience. This process starts from curd and transforms into fresh mozzarella, known as bocconcini.

Every Saturday night during the Ramadan 2025 period, Camilla will host a Mozzarella Making Show at Giorno’s Pizzeria Yogyakarta. This event will be led by the owner of Camilla La Mozzarella, Dzaky Bima Adhianta.

The mozzarella-making process begins with curd, which is mixed with hot water at a specific temperature. This process is repeated several times until the mozzarella develops a stretchy texture that does not break easily. It is then placed in salted water to enhance its texture and add a savory taste.
